ABOUT THE ROLE
CRM Marketing Assistant - hybrid role with 2 days office-based and 3 days homeworking
£24,100 per annum
Reporting to the Senior CRM Executive, you will support the CRM team in executing and analysing all on village email and SMS campaigns to increase guest revenue and create guest loyalty.
You will support the execution (including email broadcasting) of direct marketing campaigns across email and SMS, assisting in the creation and deployment of on-village marketing campaigns.
Other responsibilities will include:
Excellent communication skills will be required as you will work closely with other teams within Sales & Marketing to work on briefs, ensuring they contain sufficient information and insight required for on-time delivery of email campaigns. Excellent relationship building skills are also required as you will work collaboratively to create the best customer journey for our guests both pre and post arrival.
Strong attention to detail will be required in this role, along with good numeracy and analytical skills.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal Head Office working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however occasional flexibility may be required.
Please note, this role will be hybrid with 2 days office-based and 3 days homeworking.
