Summary of the role

Based in the exciting and busy departures terminal at the airport you will be ensuring customers have a great experience in the store and finding the right product. You will do this by understanding their needs and asking the right questions, sharing your passion and knowledge and bringing products to life through demonstrations.
You will also work across all areas of the store as needed to support and coach your colleagues in delivering an excellent customer experience and store profit targets. This position comes with have key holder responsibilities, so flexibility is essential.

What will I be doing?

• You will be the face of Dixons Travel greeting customers and making them feel welcome in our store.
• Provide advice & guidance to customers to help them find the right product & services to meet their needs
• Learning about our products and services through continued in-house training
• Ensuring that all customers are happy with service both during the sale and after they have left the store
• Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensuring that all store standards are achieved
• Providing support in other areas of the store as required
• Provide continued ongoing mentoring to store colleagues
• Opening and closing of the store

The Job role is a team leader role in an exciting Dixons Travel branch in Luton airport , The role consists of a shift pattern of 4 days on and 2 days off, which is two 4.15am - 13.15pm shifts followed by two 12.15 - 21.15pm then two days off so flexibility is key for this role.
