About the Finance Officer role
As a Finance Officer (Service Charges), you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Service Charge Accountant and the wider team to calculate and allocate service charge costs, ensuring full compliance with regulatory guidance and occupancy agreements. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the achievement of corporate and business objectives by helping to set accurate budgets, forecast effectively, and manage scheme accounts – all while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Salary
The spot salary for the Finance Officer post is £26,367 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
About you
As a Finance Officer (Service Charges), you’ll be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to manage large volumes of data and produce accurate reports. You’ll possess strong organisational skills, a commitment to meeting deadlines, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service. A Part AAT qualification (or equivalent) is preferred, or you should be willing to work towards it or be qualified through relevant experience.
Finance Officer Interview Process
Interviews will take place via Teams on 20th May. The format is a competency interview followed by an Excel assessment. Please ensure you have access to Excel on the day.
