We’re looking for a Property Sales Progressor to join our Sales and Homeownership team in Peterborough.

As a Property Sales Progressor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely sales progress for our customers. From liaising with builders, solicitors, and customers to providing essential office admin support, your efforts will directly impact our customer’s journeys into homeownership and beyond.

Salary

The spot salary for this post is £28,114 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

What skills/behaviours do you need to be a Property Sales Progressor?

  • A proactive attitude with strong organisation skills to enable efficient sales progression.
  • A flexible approach to duties that support the wider team in achieving objectives.
  • Able to demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and deliver on your promises.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment whilst remaining motivated in working towards targets.
  • Excellent administration skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and keeping database records up to date.

Interviews

First stage interviews will take place on Friday 10th January via Teams.

Second stage interviews will take place in person at our Peterborough office on Friday 17th January.

Location

The successful candidate will live within a commutable distance of our Peterborough office.

We’re a keen promoter of agile working and encourage the use of working from home, as long as we meet our customer’s needs.

We’ll provide you with the equipment and software that you’ll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.
