As we expand further, we are looking to recruit an extremely motivated, career driven and enthusiastic Commercial Negotiator. You will be based within our Commercial and Development team in London Bridge.
Acorn’s Commercial and Development Division forms part of the wider Acorn Group. Our team focuses on the sale, letting and acquisition of commercial properties, investments, portfolios and development sites across Greater London, the South East and ME postcodes. We act for private landowners and landlords, property companies, developers, charities, banks, receivers and institutions and we operate from offices in Bromley and London Bridge. Our business is entirely transactional, so the team are very much focussed on doing the deals!
A Commercial Negotiator will manage the appraisal, listing, marketing and letting or sale of a wide range of commercial properties including shops, offices, industrial units, investments and portfolios. It’s very much a hands-on role that will require a candidate to be smart, punctual, self-motivated, personable and efficient. Providing sound advice, a good service and value for money is a must in our industry, and we’re looking for memorable candidates to bolster our team.
The position is permanent and will provide opportunity to the right candidate to progress to a senior position in one of London's leading Estate Agencies.
