Compliance Administrator - Bromley

Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent

Salary: From £21,000 to £25,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Specific Hours: Monday to Friday (8:45am to 5:30pm)

Compliance Administrator - Bromley

Our Estate Management team manage a multifaceted portfolio of residential blocks of flats and housing developments in and around the South East. We are expanding our team to meet the growing needs of the business and have a new opportunity for a Compliance Administrator. You’ll be someone who is highly organised, proactive and an excellent communicator.

Based at our Head office in Bromley South, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out site visits
  • Arranging and reviewing risk assessments
  • Monitoring health and safety compliance
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Liaising with clients, risk assessors and other third party providers
