Salary: Basic Salary plus Generous Commission Package

Specific Hours: Monday to Saturday, with a day off in Lieu during the week.

Trainee New Homes Sales Consultant

We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee New Homes Sales Consultant, to work from our prestigious new Headquarters in Bromley, Kent.

Do you have an Estate Agency background or Sales experience? Are you motivated, enthusiastic and career driven? The ideal candidate will be driven, ambitious and able to communicate a high level of customer care to their clients. We are looking for candidates who are wanting to create a long term career, you should be able to work to targets and deadlines.

Duties include:

  • Qualifying potential buyers ,identifying their needs and matching them to our available NEW HOMES properties
  • Responding quickly and efficiently to all enquiries received through multiple sources
  • Booking and accompanying clients to view properties or to conduct the Sale process “off-plan”
  • Negotiating offers and liaising with Developers
  • Delivering the highest levels of customer service without exception
  • Generation of business referrals to our Mortgage Business and to other divisions of The Acorn Group.

As a Trainee New Homes Sales Consultant you will earn a competitive salary throughout your training and following a successful probationary period, you will have the prospect of earning uncapped commission, future bonuses and a car allowance.

What to expect:

Work is office based but you will also spend a significant amount of time visiting properties, undertaking viewings with potential buyers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • GCSE Qualifications in English and Maths
  • UK Driving License and your own vehicle
  • Fully referenced employment history
