Salary: Basic Salary plus Generous Commission Package

Specific Hours: Monday to Saturday, with a day off in Lieu during the week.

Trainee Lettings Negotiator- Bromley

We are currently looking to recruit an extremely motivated, enthusiastic and career driven Trainee Lettings Negotiator for our Langford Russell Bromley office.

The ideal candidate will be personable, honest and able to communicate a high level of customer care to their clients.

You should be driven and ambitious and must be looking to create a long term career and in return there is great career potential.

Duties include:

  • Grow volume of new lettings business and income production to the branch.
  • Accountable quality of customer care by treating customers fairly in accordance with The Acorn Group service standards.
  • Meet targets and report weekly statistics to line manager.
  • Register, qualify and manage applicants.
  • Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property Lets.
  • Ensure properties are relevant & appropriate for applicants needs.
  • Work pro-actively to ensure all properties are exposed to the maximum amount of applicants.
  • Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division.
  • To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties being marketed in branch and throughout network.
  • To implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
  • Providing referred leads to Start Financial Services and other related Divisions.

What to expect:

  • Work is office based but you will also spend a significant amount of time spent visiting properties, undertaking viewings with potential buyers.
  • As travel within a working day is so frequent, a full driving licence is essential.
  • Smart business attire is to be worn at all times
  • You will have to work on Saturdays, with a day off during the week

Minimum Requirements:

  • GCSE Qualifications in English and Maths
  • UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle
  • Fully referenced employment history
