We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee or experienced Lettings Negotiator for our Acorn London Bridge SE1 office.

The role of Lettings Negotiator is exciting and rewarding. You will be involved in qualifying prospective tenants, identifying their property needs and helping them to find the right rental property. You will be responsible for conducting viewing appointments with prospective tenants and working with your landlords to provide the right marketing support and advice through negotiating a tenancy, and assisting the progress through to move in day. The highest levels of customer service must be delivered at all times and you will also be expected to generate business referrals to other divisions of The Acorn Group.
The ideal Lettings Negotiator will have a sound property background or previous sales experience in another industry, be well presented and tenacious with experience of working to targets and deadlines and with a proven track record in sales or customer service. A negotiator that offers outstanding communication and someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all of our clients whilst achieving the right results.
As a Lettings Negotiator you will be rewarded with a generous salary, commission and bonus package, plus a car allowance.
