As we expand further, we are looking to recruit two extremely motivated, career driven and enthusiastic Commercial Property Negotiators. You will be based within our Commercial & Development team in either Bromley, Kent, or London Bridge.
Acorn’s Commercial & Development Division forms part of the wider Acorn Group. Our team focuses on the sale, letting and acquisition of commercial properties, investments, portfolios and development sites across Greater London, and the South East. We act for private landowners and landlords, property companies, developers, charities, banks, receivers and institutions. Our business is entirely transactional, so we’re very much focussed on doing deals!
A Commercial Property Negotiator will manage the appraisal, listing, marketing and letting or sale of a wide range of commercial properties including shops, offices, industrial units, investments and portfolios. Our Bromley team covers the BR, CR and DA postcodes in addition to key locations across North Kent & Surrey. The London-based team focusses on the SE, SW and E postcodes. It’s very much a hands-on role that will require a candidate to be smart, punctual, self-motivated, personable and efficient. Providing sound advice, a good service and value for money is a must in our industry, and we’re looking for hand-working memorable candidates to bolster our team.
The positions are permanent and will provide the opportunity for the right candidate to progress to a senior position in one of London's leading Estate Agencies.
