Specific Hours: Monday to Saturday, with a day off in Lieu during the week.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator for our Langford Russell Orpington office.

The role of Sales Negotiator is exciting and rewarding. You will be involved in qualifying prospective buyers, identifying their property needs and matching them to suitable properties. You will be responsible for conducting viewing appointments with prospective buyers, negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers’ right through to sales conclusion and to handing the keys to the buyer to move in!
The highest levels of customer service must be delivered at all times and you will also be expected to generate business referrals to our Mortgage Business and to other divisions of The Acorn Group.
As a Sales Negotiator you will be rewarded with a generous salary, commission and bonus package plus a car allowance.
