As a Front of House team member you need to see the world through our customer’s eyes. When we understand our customers that is when we can provide a truly amazing service.
It’s about treating everyday as a show day and working together with the Up at The O2 Team to ensure our customers have an unforgettable experience.
Up at The O2 is an exhilarating 90 minute experience that takes you on a guided expedition over the roof of The O2 via a fabric walkway. We are now looking to recruit Front of House team members to join our, polite, friendly and helpful team to assist our customers at the beginning and end of their journey with us.
In this role, you will provide the best possible customer service to our guests as soon as they arrive for their climb. You will process admission tickets and serve customers in the retail areas ensuring they experience exceptional levels of service at all times.
We are looking for positive, flexible and approachable people. You must have a genuine desire and ability to work with the public in a front line, customer focused environment; and thrive in a very busy environment and maintain patience and empathy even when working under pressure.
Our next assessment centre will be held on Friday 16th June 2017. If successfully short listed for the role, you will be set a number of tasks so that we can see you in action, we are looking for strong communication skills, great team work and a friendly, helpful customer focused approach. You must be available to attend an assessment to be considered for this position.
Successful candidates will be expected to work a minimum of two shifts per week, and must be available weekends, bank holidays and summer holidays, as these are our busiest times. Although we are offering a zero hour contract paying £9.60 per hour, we do expect our staff to be available during the week and weekends, to help ensure our customers have an amazing experience.
