Every customer counts. From commuters using our River Bus Service to get to work each day to tourists visiting London for the first time; here at MBNA Thames Clippers we ensure they have a safe and memorable experience.

MBNA Thames Clippers, part of AEG Europe, are London's leading River Bus service. Our fleet of high speed catamarans provide commuters and sightseers with a unique way to travel around the capital. We carry around 4 million passengers a year and employ over 250 staff.

As part of the deck crew on board our vessels, you will be responsible for checking that our customers have the right ticket for their journey and that you answer any questions they have in a friendly and helpful manner.

You will also be assisting the Master and Mates on board in ensuring customers safety at all times and making sure vessel maintenance and cleaning is carried out in a timely manner.

You must be approachable, friendly and helpful not only to the customers on board but also to your MBNA Thames Clipper colleagues. We expect our deck crew to deliver the same amazing experience to our customers at the end of their shift as they do at the start.

You must enjoy working in a busy environment and be able to maintain patience and empathy even when under pressure.

Being based on our boats means you will be on the river and on your feet for 10 hour shifts. We will provide you with a uniform including warm weather clothing to defend against the British weather!

Our next assessment day will be held on Tuesday 31st January. You must be able to attend the assessment on this day, there are not current alternatives. If successfully short listed for the role and invited along, you will be set a number of tasks so that we can see you in action, we are looking for strong communication skills, great team work and a friendly, helpful customer focused approach.
