In collaboration with over 100 AEG assets (including more than 90 venues, 20 sports teams and events and 30 music festivals, tours and events), AEG Global Partnerships creates one-of-a-kind sales and marketing platforms for our partners to activate and promote their brands.

We are now recruiting for a Partnerships Coordinator to support the UK Partnerships team in the delivery of the contractual obligations of partners of The O2, The SSE Arena, Wembley and Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park and AEG Live events.

You will support the delivery of key partner activations; record and produce case studies for all onsite activations; and manage and maintain marketing and social media requirements for specific partners.

Whilst delivering a high level of administration support to the team, the Partnerships Coordinator will also manage access requirements for all partners and their specific agencies. Building relationships with our partners and all internal teams is key as well as coordinating and implementing hospitality events and ticket management for partners.

Strong organisational skills, adaptability and flexibility are a must, along with effective verbal and written communications skills. The ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
