Edith Moffat House, EveryDay
Salary: £25,587 - £27,251 per annum
Lead a Team. Change Lives. Grow Your Career.
EveryDay, the social enterprise wholly owned by Age UK North Tyneside, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Leader to join our team at Edith Moffat House.
Edith Moffat House is a 24-bed Extra Care facility. As Team Leader, you'll have the opportunity to lead within a welcoming, close-knit service where every day brings the chance to make a genuine difference to someone's life. With your own office and responsibility for supporting a dedicated team, you'll help create an environment where customers can thrive, colleagues can develop, and outstanding person-centred care is delivered every day.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in their career, leading a committed team that puts dignity, independence and person-centred care at the heart of everything it does. You will work closely with the Area Manager and Coordinator to ensure individuals receive the high-quality care and support they deserve, whilst supporting and developing your own team of Personal Support Assistants.
