Akari Care are currently searching for a Quality Compliance manager for the North East to join our team. This is a pivotal role and an excellent opportunity. We will be looking to you to advise and implement what is needed to meet relevant CQC/CIW and other regulatory standards.

Being our Quality Compliance manager means that you are the face of Akari with the CQC/CIW and other professionals and will be the go-to person for our staff. We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and have up to date knowledge of policies and procedures and help drive excellent practice within our services.

Akari Care will offer you development plans, never curb your enthusiasm and support you in every way. We need hands on staff who will support services for specific pieces of work including focused work where we have no registered manager or where services need some focused support. This will include helping our services to collect and evidence outstanding care. You will also carry out audits of our services and attend meetings with our managers to update them on aspects of our work.

We want our residents to receive excellent care in a homely environment and want staff who will promote our values and drive best practice. If we sound like a provider you would like to work for, then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
