Here at St Marthas, we are currently searching for a Registered Nurse Deputy Home Manager.

We are looking for someone who can easily communicate with all staff and assist the manager with the running of the home. As deputy you will be a vital part of the team with responsibilities that make a real difference to the care that is delivered. Our team is as important as our residents, therefore elements of this role will be to support the team where you can.

Skills required

  • You have a minimum of a Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and have, or be willing, to work towards the Leadership and Management Award;
  • Hold a NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate;
  • You have experience of working in the health care sector;
  • You are driven, motivated and believe in quality of care;
  • You possess strong leadership and management qualities whilst taking on a dynamic and flexible approach to the role;
