Salary: Starting at £18,500 per annum, rising to £19,500 after successful completion of probation
Specific Hours: 35 hours per week between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday including some weekend work on a rota basis
As a Support Service Administrator, you will be required to be an ambassador of Appello delivering the highest levels of customer service. To provide an exceptional administration function for the Monitoring business taking ownership for assigned tasks to see this through to a first-class conclusion, including the provision of pro-active outbound calling to some of our more vulnerable customers.
In this busy and challenging role, you’ll need the ability to work to deadlines and multi-task, you’ll have excellent communication and IT skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and database maintenance. You will be required to update and log the database as necessary, data inputting to an accurate and high standard, dealing with and responding appropriately to all customer queries using both verbal and written communication.
Your customer service experience will be matched by your attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills.
