Disputes Solicitor (NQ - 5 PQE) – Flexible location

 NQ-5PQE Solicitor – Dispute Resolution –Flexible Location

We are looking for an able and committed dispute resolution solicitor to join our highly-regarded Dispute Resolution Team (Legal 500 and Chambers UK).

Working closely with the firm’s senior partner Michael Frape (‘brilliant and hugely experienced’ – Legal 500), your role will involve working on large and / or complex disputes as well as running your own cases (subject to supervision).

You would be working on cases in the following areas:

• Commercial Disputes
• Contractual Advice and Disputes
• Shareholder Disputes
• Partnership Disputes
• Professional Negligence Claims

We work collaboratively with a team approach and also more flexibly than most comparable firms. Office location is flexible with a minimum one day a week attendance at your nominated office. We are an ambitious team, but friendly and supportive.
