Project Manager - Business Analyst

Due to rapid growth, we have a newly created role for an experienced Business Analyst Project Manager to join the new PMO function. Reporting to the IT Director and working closely with stakeholders you will be responsible for managing a range of technology projects. Using your Business Analyst skills you will strategically validate the changes to business processes, information systems, and policies.

Audley continually has strings of projects running in parallel and these must be coordinated and managed as Programmes. The successful post holder will consolidate and co-ordinate the different project plans to ensure all tasks are clearly mapped out and allocated.

 Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementation of projects
  • Managing stakeholder relationships
  • Managing external vendors and their project managers across a diverse array of business system and technology projects.
  • Define and describe workflows business analysis.
  • Perform gap analysis and engineer efficiencies by remodeled systems, outlining potential issues, highlighting opportunities and solutions.
  • Liaison with system vendors to initiate solution mapping

 Skills and attributes

  • Analytical thinker who can break down systems and define and describe workflows business analysis. highlighting opportunities and solutions.
  • Must have formal BA and PM skills to be able to drive, facilitate and deliver change.
  • Strong planning, monitoring, and reporting skills.
  • Liaison with system vendors to initiate solution mapping
  • Must have minimum 5 years project management experience within a technical IT environment.
  • Prince 2/Agile
