Corporate Development Manager

Audley Group are expanding at a rapid pace and we have a newly created role for a talented, qualified and experienced finance professional to lead the Corporate Development activities of Audley Group. 

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for supporting the acquisition, development and JV activities, possessing excellent financial analysis.

You will have strong experience in financial modelling and corporate finance expertise, combined with strong communication skills to engage and influence at all levels in the business

Audley Group was born out of a need for change. Since its launch in 1991, the Group has championed and reinvented the retirement property market. We attracted equity investment from a wide range of sources, which, when combined with debt funding and recycled sales proceeds has fueled a dynamic site acquisition programme

Main Responsibilities

  • Financial modelling
    Developing and operating planning, forecasting and financial appraisal models
  • Investment appraisal
    Financial analysis to assess the attractiveness and key considerations for potential acquisitions and or investment opportunities
  • Debt and Equity raising
    Involvement in debt and equity raising alongside acquisition, development and JV activities
  • Corporate finance
  • Analytical support
    Supporting external presentations, responding to external (e.g. Shareholder/investor) queries support
  • Planning
    Leading the management of Planning and Forecasting, working closely with key stakeholders

Experience

  • Top tier professional firm (e.g. investment bank, strategy firm, accountancy firm) gaining experience of financial analysis and presenting financial information to senior stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical, data accuracy, clarity and on time delivery.
  • Comfortable at working within an entrepreneurial organisation that is fast paced, high growth and changing..
  • Familiarity with real estate is an advantage.

Qualifications

Degree and qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)

Salary

£80,000 - £100,000 Plus Bonus
