The Aurora Group

The Aurora Group is an innovative provider of education and care for children, young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities.

We’re currently looking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator based out of Twigworth, Gloucestershire where our Central Office provides support, leadership and governance to our multiple sites across the UK.  

The Role:

Reporting to our Office Manager; your role will be to support the efficient running of our new and growing central office.

You’ll manage our reception, ensuring a friendly, professional service for all guests including escorting visitors between our various offices on site.

You will also take responsibility for managing our main central phone line; dealing with enquiries where possible or redirecting as appropriate.

Part of your role will be to provide administrative support to the Office Manager with tasks such as preparing documents, reports and presentations as well as organising meetings and events across the UK and at Twigworth.

The role will give you a wide variety of responsibilities including facilities, photocopying, scanning, filing, post and the procurement of supplies.

Experience:

Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate: 

  • Experience of working in an administrative role with strong attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy – Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Powerpoint and aptitude to learn
  • High level of organisation with good time management.
  • The ability to deal with multiple tasks.
  • High levels of interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication and customer service focus.
