The Aurora Group is an innovative provider of education and care for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
Due to our continued expansion; we’re currently looking for a number of Cleaners / Housekeeping Assistants in Meldreth, South Cambridge where our Aurora Meldreth Manor School provides education, care and therapeutic support for children and young people age 6-19 years with severe and profound communication difficulties associated with conditions such as cerebral palsy, autism, brain injury and degenerative disorders.
The school shares the site with its children’s home and a young adult transitional centre, Orchard Manor
As member of the Housekeeping Team; your role will be to ensure the site is cleaned to a consistently high standard, providing a welcoming, healthy and safe environment.
Following a defined cleaning schedule; you will be responsible for a wide variety of general cleaning duties including hoovering, mopping, washing and ironing.
The role requires the use of chemicals and electrical equipment, therefore the successful candidate will be expected to go through our health and safety training.
