Hours of work: 40 hours per week - some evenings & weekends required

Salary: £13.81 per hour - paid weekly!

What we need in a nutshell  

As a Sublet Coordinator you will be the key point of contact on the park for the Owners and champion the subletting process, which enables holiday homeowners to let their accommodation to holiday guests when they are not using them. This includes: 

    • Being the key point of contact for owners who sublet, and looking after their interests 
    • Coordinating the subletting process and all the paperwork that goes with it to ensure owners and the guests that stay in their properties have the best possible experience 
    • Grading holiday homes and ensuring the brochures and forms are correct 
    • Introducing new owners to subletting and managing the process to get them onboard, including ordering inventory and completing paperwork 
    • Liaising with other departments about maintenance, bookings, new sublets etc

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends and bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need 

If you can demonstrate the following, let’s hear from you 

  • Customer service skills and experience in the hospitality sector. 
  • A confident, outgoing personality and a high degree of resilience under pressure 
  • Able to work across teams and communicate well so issues can be resolved quickly 

It would be great if you have experience of using ParcVu booking system, but don’t worry if you haven’t, we’ll train you.
