We are now recruiting for our 2025 summer season across various roles on our beautiful Lincolnshire based holiday park, join our large team of hospitality professionals today.

About the role

We are looking for a Team Leader to join us in our Outdoor Catering department,

We are a fast paced and dynamic department; each day truly is different. We are the icing on the cake of people’s holiday experiences:

  • Ice cream kiosks
  • Dirty Fries van
  • Caravan Cafes
  • Mobile Bars
  • Retail Moments
  • Warm waffle stands
  • Big Top (Entertainment and activity venue)
  • Spiegel Tent (Winterfest / Panto / Christmas Spectacular)

2025 also sees the brand new 60ft shipping container coming in June. This will consolidate our Dirty Fries, Warm waffle stand and caravan bar into a brand new concept!

Experience is not necessary but preferred, full training will be provided.

A can-do attitude, attention to detail and excellent people skills are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays are also essential.

What you will be doing

We need someone who understands that a first-class guest experience is an essential part of their stay at Tattershall Lakes. Here are some of the things you will be doing:

  • Generally making sure everybody is having a great time.
  • Ensuring team are all looking after our guests.
  • Cashing up at the end of shifts.
  • Opening up or closing down of the facility.
  • Ensuring restocking at the end of a shift.
  • Helping to move deliveries and high volumes of stock
  • Complying with all the legal requirements.

And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you are happy to help even when it is ‘not your job,’ you are our sort of person.

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need

We have high standards! We will train you up, but it would be nice if you had:

  • Have customer service experience and skills.
  • Relish the fast pace of a busy bar.
  • Must be over 18 due to licensing laws.
  • Be someone who does things without needing to be asked.
  • Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are.
  • Have experience of working in a team

  • Experience of working in a bar, restaurant, or pub
