Freelance Chef de Partie
Balliol College is one of the oldest colleges within the University of Oxford. In the kitchens we provide a high-quality service to Fellows and students, and for conferences and private dinners, seven days a week.
We are seeking to appoint on an ad hoc basis freelance chefs de partie with good, allround experience and excellent organisational skills, qualified to C&G7061/2 or NVQ3 level.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a strong team is essential.
The payment is £18 per hour. Meals on duty are included.
