Barratt Developments PLC
31 July 2018
Salary £24,000 (£27,000 in Barratt London and Barratt North Scotland). Salary is negotiable for those who bring management / leadership experience.
If you are looking to transition into construction management this could be the programme for you. Starting in November 2018, the aim is to become a fully qualified Assistant Site Manager at the end of 12 months.
There’s a comprehensive induction programme from the moment you join, supported by training and development, covering a range of skills and additional learning. There’s ongoing support from the construction team to ensure you get all the training you need, both in essential site management skills, and also the broader people skills you need to grow professionally.
How far you go will be driven by you. Where there is passion, the ability to see the bigger picture, ambition, appreciation of customer service and building relationships, and someone who can drive change, we see our Site Managers and even Construction Directors of the future on this programme. Your own personal career aspirations, your ability to perform and hunger to succeed, will drive the rate and pace of career opportunities and further development available.
This is a structured learning and development programme with everything you need from classroom and on-the-job learning to self-development and manager coaching sessions. With your drive and focus, this will be a challenge but not a problem for you. Ours is a fast paced environment, but one where you won’t be left behind.
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
