Customer Care Operations Manager

The Customer Care team, making sure home buyers receive the very best care following their home buying experience.


Being in a customer-facing role with us is a little bit different than most businesses. Our customers expect their homes to be of the highest standard, and you’ll make sure they are, by being on hand with answers and practical help. Because of the things you’ll be dealing with we look, ideally, for construction or building experience. More importantly than that though, is your passion for quality and professionalism. 




  • We are looking for an individual with proven experience as a Customer Care Operations Manager; someone who is fully aware of the housebuilding industry, NHBC regulations and Building Regulations.


  • You will need to be personable and authoritative and able to communicate in a professional manner both written and verbal.


  • You'll personally liaise with customers, subcontractors, the NHBC and the Division's internal departments to fully understand the build, sales and technical aspects of our properties.


  • You will need to quickly identify the root causes of issues and be able to conclude issues raised swiftly.


  • You will report direct to the Head of Customer Care; and liaise daily with our Customer Care Co-Ordinators and Customer Care Operatives to ensure customer issues are dealt with quickly.


  • You will be required to travel to our current and historic developments on a daily basis to meet with customers where issues have been raised.


  • You will need to comply with the Company's Customer Care policies and be computer literate.


  • We are looking for someone with drive and passion for excelling in customer care and to help deliver our customer satisfaction targets.
