Marketing Apprentice

Our Marketing Teams are responsible for developing and delivering all marketing activity across the business in support of our sales objectives. Our teams plan and design targeted integrated marketing campaigns through online and offline channels in line with our strategic marketing plan and budgets.

In terms of variety, there is plenty to keep you motivated and challenged. Depending on the role there's opportunities to be responsible for planning and managing campaigns for new and existing developments, working with key agencies to deliver media plans and marketing collateral, completing competitor analysis and market research, liaising with PR agencies, managing web content, and, of course, measuring the effectiveness of all marketing activities.

Marketing Apprentice

This newly created position will support the Marketing team in delivering highly engaging digitally-focussed marketing plans to support the sales targets for the division. Reports to Marketing Manager.

  • Assist with writing fresh and engaging website content, combining this with high quality imagery/video as well as managing the research for coming soon development websites
  • Assist Marketing Executive with delivering and analysing new format tests for paid social advertising
  • Conduct competitor marketing research and report monthly to Marketing team
  • Analyse digital marketing performance and prepare recommendations on a weekly basis
  • Create and maintain a digital assets library, including a suite of GIFs for use in digital marketing activity
  • Review and maintain Rightmove and Zoopla listings
  • Update existing video content and maintain YouTube listings
  • Assist Marketing Executive in delivering coming soon email contact strategy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders i.e. Sales team, approved agencies, Regional Marketing Manager 
  • Assist with Marketing Executive duties during holiday periods
  • Assist with the implementation of Show Home launches

Who are we looking for?

  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • A-level educated ideally with at least two A-levels or equivalent at grade C or above
    • Achievement of a broad range of GCSE’s including Maths and English at grade C or above
    • Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a pro-active attitude and a willingness to learn 
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
    • High level of IT literacy with ability to learn and utilise a range of different IT systems 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Creative thinker with analytical capability
    • Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative
    • Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working
    • Able to build strong relationships with internal colleagues and external agencies
