Depending on the role, the Administration function could be supporting professionals out in the field, or supplying sites and customers with a steady flow of information. You might be dealing with customer queries, or helping employees with issues. But while the work varies from team to team, our key requirements don’t; you must be well organised, extremely helpful and resourceful, and able to use your initiative. You’ll understand that what you do is important, and impacts on your team, the department, and the wider business.

Supporting the Managing Director in fulfilling their responsibilities you will contribute to the overall success of the business through the provision of efficient and effective administrative support, from preparing business-critical reports to diary management and managing emails. Liaising with internal customers, you will prepare board packs, memos, and deal with training administration.
You will also be responsible for office management duties and managing the receptionists, as well as dealing with HR administration on occasion.
With previous experience of working for a senior leader, you will be an effective PA with advanced proficiency in MS Office programmes and will have a bright personality, maintaining a sense of humour. Trustworthy and reliable, you will have the gravitas to be able to work to a high level with Directors, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities within this busy role.
