We are currently looking to recruit a Regional HR Manager, to provide a generalist HR Service to the region, creating and leading the People Plan in conjunction with senior Directors. You will also promote best practice and excellent levels of customer services, coupled with driving standardisation across HR Operations.

Providing key support on the development and implementation of Group HR Strategies and the delivery and embedding of business change, you will establish excellent working relationships, assist with building capability, improving engagement and leading succession planning. Providing advice and coaching on more complex ER issues, you will ensure our approach is in line with legislation, best practice and company policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you must be CIPD qualified with proven experience as an HR Manager with exposure to delivering longer term change projects, in a fast paced commercial environment.

With the ability to plan and organise workloads, you will have a high level of attention to detail, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Computer literate, you will understand the need for diplomacy and confidentiality, with excellent relationship building skills.

This is a regional role which could be based in Manchester or the North West, requiring regular travel across the Region. A flexible approach to travel is needed though to support colleagues and attend HR meetings outside of the Region. .
