As a high performing business we are always looking for high calibre people to join our successful Sales Team.  Joining as a Sales Development Co-ordinator, you will need to work as part of a team in order to achieve sales targets, excel in customer service and be a team player.  Your motivation will be key to driving your career aspirations.

 

We’ll provide you with a full induction and structured training programme covering a range of skill sets.  You'll be guided by our experienced Sales Management team.  Once you've completed your training, there'll be opportunities for you to progress your career.  You’ll need your own car, and be willing to work at our busiest times – which means weekends and Bank Holidays.

 

WHAT WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

 

  • Look after prospective and existing purchasers in a professional manner, delivering outstanding customer service

  • Have a good understanding of our housetype portfolio, the specification we offer, understand our upgrades to products and be fully conversant with all our procedures

  • Be able to match and qualify customers to the buying schemes/options we offer

  • Be responsible for the Sales arena

  • Ensure all administration is carried out within the required timescales

  • Conduct local market research and demonstrate a sound knowledge of the local area and amenities

  • Have an understanding of our legal requirements (Consumer Code, PMA, H&S and Data Protection Act)

  • Develop strong and effective working relationships with all relevant internal and external colleagues/contacts

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager, Sales Adviser and Site Manager

  • Effectively maintain the CRM database, i-Sales and other systems as appropriate

  • Contribute to the marketing and PR function of your own site

  • Attend training courses as identified in the Sales Performance Tracker

Previous sales experience is not necessary
