We currently have an opportunity for a Goods In Supervisor join the team at our Edgware Road branch:

Using your experience and knowledge of the retail / wholesale sector you will support and carry out daily supervisory duties in relation to the depot goods in operation. You will also be supporting and assisting the Delivery Team Leader in achieving and exceeding all depot KPI’s, targets and objectives.

 This role is full time (44 hours per week) and permanent on a 5 & 6 day shift rotation, including weekends.

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment, especially in relation to material handling equipment.
  • Ensuring the Good In area is kept secure at all times.
  • Contributing to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets and scores in the Depot.
  • Driving the standards for great customer satisfaction ensuring a consistently positive shopping experience.
  • Acting as an Ambassador for Bestway Wholesale.
  • Ensuring all company policies and procedures are effectively implemented and embedded.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety Policy and Legislation is adhered to.

 We’re looking for someone with;

  • Experience gained within a goods in / warehouse / wholesale environment
  • Sound knowledge of health, safety and retail compliance legislation
  • A manual handling equipment license
  • Exceptional planning skills and the ability to manage and prioritise various tasks
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience of delivering both excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction results
  • Team building skills alongside the ability to give clear direction and delegate confidently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Ensure 98% stock availability through efficient systems and processes, delivering <10% ISOS.
  • Ensure KPI’s are in place for gap counts.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets and scores in the Depot.
  • Drive the standards for great customer satisfaction ensuring a consistently positive shopping experience. 
  • Act as an Ambassador for the brand.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are effectively implemented and embedded.
  • Ensure Health & Safety Policy and Legislation is adhered to.
