Project Manager

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join us as we continue on our journey where both change and growth feature heavily.

In this newly created role you will be at the forefront for leading, driving and completing a variety of business critical projects which the business is planning to undertake. An example of the projects you would be working on includes Business Integration, process simplification and change, logistics network execution and rollout of HR projects.

Key responsibilities, amongst others, will include:

  • Facilitate the definition and delivery of project scope, goals and deliverables;
  • Develop full scale project plans, including creation, updating, monitoring and tracking of internal and external project plans, communication of project plans in a timely manner to ensure both personal and external activities are prioritised to achieve agreed business aims;
  • Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on overall progress and initiate corrective action, to ensure that project deliverables are produced on time and within budget;
  • Manage risks and issues and escalate where necessary to mitigate;
  • Collaborate with Sponsors, Project Managers, Program Manager, Business Analysts and workstream subject matter expert to ensure consistency and alignment.

To take on this exciting opportunity you’ll be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.

You will have strong experience working within a project and change management environment and will have managed multiple large and small scale projects.

You will ideally have a formal project management certification (Prince2/PMP) and a track record of successfully managing change management and operational improvement projects.

You’ll have a network of colleagues and contractors whose expertise you can draw on as well as strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
