We are looking for a motivated individual to actively manage the staff rotas across the organisation. This is a new role to Bristol Care Homes using our new systems to support our home managers in manpower planning. Therefore you will need to be experienced in the use of computer systems, quick and keen to learn with various IT systems, and have the skills to engage with managers, staff and external agency suppliers to achieve the outcomes required.
You will be working in collaboration with care and ancillary leadership teams to identify gaps in staffing levels and resolving these to ensure an optimal and safe staffing level is always maintained across all sites.
You will support the management and leadership teams to ensure resource is well planned, including the management of leave to deliver outcomes and look to tackle any staffing issues well in advance
There will also be some responsibilities in recruitment and onboarding, including the placement of adverts and management of candidates such as booking interviews, requesting references, obtaining BDS records and booking into induction training courses.
