We’re looking for an Application Analyst to be responsible for managing operational issues through to resolution and proactively monitoring business-critical application services within British Business Bank; specifically pertaining to CRM systems including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.

The successful Application Analyst will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, act as the key point of escalation for all operational issues related to application services; and use their technical knowledge to accurately respond to questions and issues.

We’re looking for an Application Analyst who has experience providing second line support, effectively prioritising and escalating, ensuring timely resolutions and proactively following up when necessary. We’re looking for an individual who will champion continuous service improvements using a proactive and solution orientated approach.

The Application Analyst will work to implement fixes and changes and will also collaborate with our third-party suppliers to do so, therefore we’re looking for someone who is able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues and third parties.

In order to be considered for this position, you will have exceptional communication skills and a strong technical understanding of CRM systems including Salesforce and Dynamics as well as payroll, HR systems and other supporting systems.

You will have a good technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Azure have experience producing fault cause analysis reports in order to identify issues, user and company impacts, potential solutions and timelines to implement.
