Do you have the legal right to work in South Sudan, or do you currently hold valid authorization/work permission to work in South Sudan?
Do you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field, together with relevant professional training or certification in MEAL?
Do you have at least five years of relevant professional experience in Programme Quality, MEAL or Programme Management?
Do you have practical experience in developing, implementing or adapting results-based MEAL systems, including Theories of Change, Logical Frameworks, Results Frameworks, indicators and monitoring plans?
Do you have substantial experience supporting local and/or national partners implementing humanitarian, development or peacebuilding programmes in complex or conflict-affected settings?
