Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (with participation in out-of-hours on-call rota)

The Opportunity
We’re expanding our dedicated team of Care Coordinators and are looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive individual to join us. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a real difference in people’s lives, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do
As a Care Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of care services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling & Allocation: Matching the right carers to the right clients at the right time.
  • Communication: Building strong relationships with clients, carers, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Record Management: Keeping all client and carer records accurate and up to date.
  • Problem-Solving: Staying calm under pressure and resolving issues quickly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • A caring and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a car (essential).
  • Flexibility to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota (evenings and weekends).
