What You’ll Do
As a Care Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of care services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling & Allocation: Matching the right carers to the right clients at the right time.
  • Communication: Building strong relationships with clients, carers, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Record Management: Keeping all client and carer records accurate and up to date.
  • Problem-Solving: Staying calm under pressure and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
