Care Assistants are the centre of our organisation. Travelling to different clients homes within the community they provide all aspects of care and meet the needs of the client. Care Assistants Roles & Responsibilities (vary from client to client but are summarised below):
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing and nutrition
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed linens
- Assisting clients with their medication needs
- Assist in the safe moving and handling of clients
- Providing when required a shopping service by the service user
