Membership Growth Volunteer

The Membership Growth team at Conservative Campaign Headquarters (CCHQ) is looking for a volunteer to support and deliver its membership recruitment and retention initiatives. Working with the team (and with adjacent teams – in particular Member Services) you will provide support to the team helping engage and energise our membership.

Your responsibilities

• Call members to help them with renewals and to manage payment details.
• Help the team identify new ways to improve member communications and capture member feedback.
• Assist with administrative work, in particular helping the team track key outcome data for reporting purposes.  

Your professional experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication (experience with call centre work a strong plus)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data protection
• Highly organised and self-motivated 
• Demonstrated ability to stay calm and work effectively under pressure 
• A can-do attitude and ability to take the initiative
• Can identify and set priorities and effectively perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work in an environment that is ever changing, ability to remain adaptable

This is a volunteer position and does not offer financial compensation. However, it provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within CCHQ. The role can be based at our London or Leeds office, with the flexibility to work remotely.
