Fundraising Account Executive
CCHQ is seeking a Fundraising Account Executive to join our Treasurers’ Team on a 6 month fixed term contract based in our central HQ in Westminster.
This role offers an unprecedented opportunity to work in two of the Party’s most influential Departments. The Treasurers Department who is responsible for funding the Conservative Party and also the Business Engagement team that builds links with the business sector.
What will you do as a Fundraising Account Executive?
This job has two core responsibilities.
First, you will be part of a brand-new initiative that is focussed on driving engagement between the Conservative Party and SMEs. Alongside your colleagues, you will help the Party to re-establish itself as the Party of business.
You will be tasked with:
- Creating and managing two National Business Clubs from day 1.
- Running monthly email marketing campaigns to engage with prospects.
- Analysing and refining complex datasets to maximise outreach success.
- Engaging with the Shadow-Cabinet to organise events
- Building relationships with Business Club members
- Working across multiple teams at CCHQ to ensure success.
Second, as part of the Treasurers team, you will be expected to help in other areas of fundraising. Responsibilities that include:
- Calling active and lapsed donors
- Helping with our Major Fundraising events, eg. Winter Party
Who we are looking for:

- Team players who can react fast to changing requirements
- Organisational skills, you will need to be able to bring together events ranging from online meetings to 100+ in person events.
- Positive and resilient attitude. Someone who can cope with the fluctuating political environment
