CDC is a growing organisation, and the HR team needs administrative assistance in order to remain efficient and productive as we grow. The HR team requires increased administrative support as well as help with interview arranging for our busy resourcing team.
Interview arranging for the resourcing team
Diary management, administration and filing for the HR team
Ensure up to date maintenance of HR records
Collation of briefing papers for meetings
Arranging internal and external meetings, prioritising and rearranging where necessary
Fielding telephone calls across the HR team, dealing with enquiries and ensuring a positive first impression for people dealing with the HR team
Some experience in an office environment would be valuable
High standard of written and verbal English, good communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Keen attention to detail
Sense of urgency, energy and positive attitude
Thoughtful/strong critical reasoning skills
