The Role


  • Support all members of the Resourcing team with diary management and administration.  To be an integral part of the OD/HR team assisting on projects or initiatives where necessary. Provide support to the wider HR team with occasional diary management and ad hoc administrative responsibilities.



Diary Management and Scheduling

  • Responsible for scheduling interviews for Operations and Investment teams for permanent and intern hires
  • Provide support to Coordination team
  • Liaising with direct candidates, agencies and hiring managers
  • Input schedules for interviews and assessment days
  • Scheduling interview feedback sessions
  • Coordinate and schedule case studies
  • General diary management for Resourcing and HR team members
  • Ensure assessment days are running smoothly and to time
  • Compile case study packs for the reception team and candidates
  • Set up and execution of skype video and conference interviews

 Systems and Reporting

  • Ensure systems and reports are updated and data integrity is maintained
  • Provide reports as requested by the OD/HR team
  • Fielding telephone calls as required, taking and relaying messages accurately, dealing with enquiries and redirecting calls where appropriate
  • Preparation of team meeting agendas
  • Other administrative duties as required


The Candidate


  • Graduate or equivalent level plus minimum 1 year’s office experience
  • Ability to multitask in a calm and efficient manner
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Focused on providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders and candidates
  • Flexible approach to priorities and strong team working ethic
  • Excellent knowledge of use of Microsoft Office
