This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office IT team as a Digital Scrum Master.

In this role, you will utilise your Scrum / Agile and Project Management knowledge to drive continuous improvement of the Scrum process, taking a hands-on approach to ensure every sprint is set up for success.

Other responsibilities will include coordinating a diverse team of developers, external partners and testers; educating and mentoring people of all levels of experience in Agile processes and organising and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills with a hands-on approach to ensure the project is delivered on time. They will also be passionate about the agile way of working and are motivated towards continuous improvement.


Normal Head Office working hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday although flexibility will be required.


Essential requirements: 

  • Previous Scrum Master experience
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFE
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Drives highly effective communication and collaboration within teams with effective use of Agile practices
  • Working knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc. Expert in estimation and planning. Ability to track / remove impediments
  • Experienced in Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
  • Passionate about Agile ways of working and is motivated towards continuous improvement

Desirable requirements:

  • Project & Programme Management experience
  • Experienced in the use of Jira, Confluence and other collaborative tools
  • Working with offshore teams
