ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Bar and Waiting Team Member to join our busy team at the Pancake House.

Your day to day duties will include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, food and drink service and maintaining a clean working environment. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.  As the face of Center Parcs, you will ensure our guests leave satisfied by serving them in an efficient yet professional manner, actively seeking out opportunities to exceed their expectations.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 80 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

Shifts will fall between 8:30am and 9pm and will include working weekends and some public / bank holidays on a rota basis.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment
