ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician / Electrician to join our Technical Services team. In this role, you will attend call outs to guest accommodation as well as general buildings around the Village. You will carry out tasks to resolve maintenance issues, reporting any defects or issues which may cause future problems.
Other responsibilities will include undertaking inspections, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and assisting with any other general work as briefed by Technical Services Management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills as you will regularly come into contact with both colleagues and guests. Trade experience is essential as technical knowledge will be required.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week and will include working some public/bank holidays.
You will be required to work on a 4 on 4 off rota basis of 12 hour shifts which will include weekends and early/ late shifts. During late shift you will be required to be ‘on call’ for any issues that may arise during out of hours working.
