Our Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining more than 700 units of accommodation; from apartments and penthouses to Lodges and Treehouses, and looking after our public areas and office spaces, so no two days are the same. This is an exciting opportunity to join the housekeeping team working in the busy, fast paced environment of our Subtropical Swimming Pool and the PLAZA, Village Square and Sports Centre.

You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the changing rooms, patrolling and cleaning the village guest areas and welcoming guests in to the Subtropical Swimming Paradise.

The ideal candidate will ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is achieved and maintained across all areas, have a good eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.   


You will be contracted to work 37 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis.

Your hours of work will fall between 10am and 10:30pm and will include working weekends and some public / bank holidays on a rota basis.


Essential requirements:

  • An awareness of general standards of cleanliness
  • Over 18 years of age due to equipment being used for the position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • To be flexible to cover shifts
  • Physically capable to carry out all duties

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience within the cleaning industry
