ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Bar and Waiting Team Members to join our busy team in Sports Café.  This family friendly restaurant and bar offers a wide range of traditional dishes, such as burgers and grills, whilst guests can enjoy various sporting events on the big screen. 

Your day to day duties will include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks and maintaining a clean working environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.  As the face of Center Parcs, you will ensure our guests leave satisfied by serving them in an efficient yet professional manner, actively seeking out opportunities to exceed their expectations.

HOURS OF WORK

We have various contracts between 100 - 140 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis.  This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. 

The restaurant is open 7 days a week and you will be required to work a range of shifts on a rota basis including weekends and some public/bank holidays on a rota basis.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, with the ability to work alone and as part of a team 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills

Desirable requirements:

  • Cash Handling experience
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally within a Food and Beverage environment
  • NVQ Level 2 in Food Service or equivalent qualification
