We are recruiting for a Bar and Waiting Team Member to join the team in Vitale. 

Vitale Café Bar is located within the Aqua Sana Spa and offers our Spa guests Mediterranean counter service cuisine.

From greeting guests and taking orders, to food and drink service, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, so excellent verbal communication skills are required.  As the face of Center Parcs you will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and making a great lasting impression to ensure that guests return to us over and over again.

Other responsibilities will include cash handling and ensuring the cleanliness of the Café Bar area is maintained to a high standard.


You will be contracted to work 128 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours may include working weekends, bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.


Essential requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment
